Characters might obtain a number of Quirks as the game progresses, starting with 3 at character creation, one from each category. Quirks have three categories: Abnormality, Oddity, and Peculiarity. Most quirks are meant to enhance the way that the characters are able to interact with the story while Peculiarities generally have effects that might change gameplay.

Abnormalities


Auric Eyes - You are able to see the aura’s of living beings within a close range of yourself which helps you understand their mood.

Enchanted Ear - You can hear ley lines in magic within close range, allowing you to discern what the magic is near you is.

Green Sight - You are able to see through plant matter as if it were opaque glass.

Night Sight - You are able to see in darkness up to a far range.

Othrasmell - You are able to smell beings or objects that originated from Othraweald within a medium range.

Spell Smell - You are able to smell magical effects within medium range. While you can tell where they are, you cannot tell what they are.

Sonar - You are able to see within a far range of yourself, even if you lack sight or are blinded, by making loud noises.
